I actually thought about what you wrote here & more.
It's pretty obvious what those kind of people want & what they're doing.. Even though they think they're really sneaky.

I never decided to buy any of this crab & I'm not even ok with any kind of supplements.

However, we can't ignore the fact that it's not all in my head.

It's all man-made .. that I believe.

I don't think starving it & toxifying my f***ed up organs is the way .. I can't even heal what that short die off dead to me lately.

I'm back to chronic constipation after months of diarrhea( I Can't figure out what started it of all the things I've done back then.. or maybe It's all the food poisining I had.

I hope you give me the best gentle treatments that worked with you & what should I never try & why.
