Re: The thing about (the amazing) B Vitamins plus side effect
TakeCare, I tried taking vitamin B in pill form for a few months and I don't think I was digesting them very well. As much as I don't like the cost, I switched back to liquid vitamin B. It was way more effective. I read that it's important to find a B complex with B12 form of methylcobalamin.
The liquid B complex I take is "Now Ultra B12". I would post a link if the site would let me.
I switched back about 4 weeks ago. I was taking 1/4 the dose every 3 hours. I felt great initially and very normal for about 2 1/2 weeks. I thought I was pulling out of anemia and AF. My digestion was even better. The past few days have been very bad. After breakfast today, I felt the worst that I've felt in months. I have anxiety, have been very sensitive to sounds (this is new), and dizzy.
I suspect I have some odd
food allergy but it's been hard to find. My heart can beat hard and fast after eating. Maybe you're liver beating is your heart beating? My ND put me on HCL last year and I haven't had to take it much but lately, the chest beating symptom, which I can feel up into my neck and head, goes away when I take a few HCL pills. Here is the exact HCL product I take is called "Solaray HCL with Pepsin - 250mg".
I'm meeting with a new doctor who specializes in auto-immune diseases this week. I'll ask him about the B patches. They get a lot of good reviews on Amazon.
