How much Bs do you take? Have you tried plain B's?

I would like to know if plain Bs gave problems similars to mine to anyone and how they solved the situation, i.e. buying sublinguals...maybe?

As I can really not afford buying this and that. I have to be very specific where I use my money.

My stools where black on the days I was taking the high B doses.

I read somewhere black stools indicated a overdose on one of the Bs.

As the Bs are proccesed through the liver... it looks as if I can process Bs properly as I have tried smaller doses and get same reactions.

My liver even was pounding one day.. not a good thing.

My words are based on a gut feeling. Im.not sure is that but it looks as it is.

I haven tried patches didnt even know they exist..Yes we have such a carrousel of options here in spain, don't we? ;-)

What have you felt these last days on Bs?
