The thing about (the amazing) B Vitamins plus side effect

I know... this maybe is boring for you, i.e. another vitamin B post from that spanish girl. Yes, that is!

But I can't leave (forget) the thing. What I felt while on the B complex was amazing.

It has been The Best suplement/therapy (apart from changing my diet to improve digestions) in the last 10 years for my CFS, AF symptoms.

I have to go back to work (this is a must) and I need to be able to stand up for at least 4h.

While on B's I could do this for first time in years. I noticed how my muscles did improve. I didn´t care about gravity anymore. In-cre-di-ble!! The tired look on my face melted away and I started getting the fresh look from some yearr ago. My sking tone was healthier. I don´t know... I can not forguet this. Shit!!!!

But I also did get headaches, pressure on the temples, difficulty concentrating and lots os greying hair.

First time I tried B100 complex + 200mg B5. The side effects where strong so I had to tapper off. You guys told me it could be a paradoxicall effect.

After a while I tried just with the B100 complex, a portion of it, like a 1/6 part of the tablet.

What I felt was the same as before, but in a gentler way. So I stopped them as is not normal for me having headaches or pressure in the temples.

These last 2 days I have been trying just the B5 (1/5th tablet), to see if this makes a difference, but I still have headache from the other B's or from this B5.

I always munch them to mimic the effect of the sub-lingual ones.

I have been searching and searching all over the net about this and can´t find anything usefull.

I found:

1) I may have a problem with the MTHFH gene and that means you need special B's (not acid folic or normal B12) or you can do more harm than good. This is a good theory, since this mutation of the gene is linked to CFS, histaminosis, etc.

2) I may have a problem with the yeast on it

3) I may have a problem on my liver and it can´t do its job properly on these B's. Maybe thats why I did get back stools while taking them (not absorbig/using them correctly by my body)

If I have a problem with my liver using these B's I could try:

a) Co enzyme B complex (I heard just 1 person from cure zone sayd this worked for him)
b) Sublingual B's

I believe any of these forms needs to go through the liver. If the liver is the problem, that would solve it, right?

I was even thinking to try the B's individually to see which ones did help and which ones I didn´t tolerate.

---------

I don´t understand how a vitamin can help me standing up. It is had for me to believe. But it is as it is.

None of you have had this side effects?

Does someone knows if co-enzyme B's are better that sub-lingual?
