Basically, I tried vegan dieting it and could not handle it... it caught up to me... the carbs were not good for the candida, and the lack of protein (regardless of what is said, it rings true for me) from meat was causing blood Sugar crashes... or so it felt... Anywho... I figure since Coconut Oil is basically absorbed immediately and used as fuel by the liver, it shouldn't be considered TOO high fat, because there are actually many articles claiming it causes no bile blow at all.
