differing doctor opinions on salivary cortisol

I had one doctor tell me the results were "completely normal" (my PCP) and another tell me to get to and endocrinologist ASAP (my OB/GYN).

Please tell me what you think. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Dysautonomia and really don't want to add another specialist to my list of docs. The test was run because I am chronically fatigued, have a HORRIBLE startle reflex, low blood pressure, horrible aches in my back, depressed, very agitated & really the list goes on and on.

(ARUP was the lab used)

My value at 3:37 p.m. - 0.043 (below normal range)
Females: 31-50 years 0.094-1.515 ug/dL less than 0.181 ug/dL

My value at 7:12 a.m. - 0.505 (within normal limits)
Females: 31-50 years 0.094-1.515 ug/dL less than 0.181 ug/dL

My value at 11:04 p.m. - 0.028 (below normal range)
Females : 31-50 years 0.094-1.515 ug/dL less than 0.181 ug/dL

I thought that lower than normal cortisol meant adrenal insufficiency...? I'm very confused. Two of my tests were clearly out of "normal" range. Does anyone have insight on this? I would greatly appreciate it.
