Hey which kind of Iodine? Lugols or Iodoral?
I've never tried Lugols cause I've bought so much iodoral
and I'm wondering about jumping up to 100 myself, have for quite a while
just lurking here.
Been taking 12-30 iodoral off and on.
It seems to make me more tired so I don't always take it.
I bought an Iodine test, I have to take the test and then go for it
based on what it says.
