Omo- perhaps it was helping with your digestion? I took it for years as it was part of a clear skin protocol I was on and i experienced the same effect (dark bm) from time to time. Now that I think of it, I probably inadvertently tanked my copper and gave myself histamine issues. I still dont believe in ghost copper though.
