How many days straight can you take ivermectin and prazi?

Whether combined or not how many days straight do you think both drugs can be taken without kidney or liver problems?

I got a prescription for both to do two three week courses of both three times a day with a three week break in between.

I've seen ICU's protocol calls for prazi three days in a row and Dr. Chieu one week of prazi in a row. Any ideas? Anyone take these drugs for a week or a few weeks at a time before?
