so taking 2mg of Iodide a day will result in Iodine toxicity ?

but i've read about people here taking like 30-50 drops of 2%/5% Lugol's daily !

i'm taking 10-12 drops of 2% Lugol's daily so is that a bad thing ? it has completely stopped my long time cystic Acne though!
