I'm getting my daily "dose" of vit. C (3-4 grams prepared in the morning and 3-4 prepared in the afternoon) by adding 4-5 grams of ascorbic acid to a 1.5 liters plastic bottle filled with water... and sipping it throughout the morning or afternoon/evening.
Does vitamin C deteriorate in water if I leave it like that and have it later and gradually throughout the day?.. or should i prepare each time the glass of water+ascorbic acid and have it immediately?.
