Are these colors right? Lugols 30 vs 5

Since my Lugol's is from a powder and not bought pre-mixed, I'm trying to make extra sure of things.

Here's pics of the colors of the solutions:





I get the feeling my dilution (that's supposed to be 5%) is much too weak? I can barely see it when it's painted on my skin.

I took photos in the hopes of getting feedback from others who are using the 5% solution, I don't know what color to mix for.

I did a skin patch test (with the 30%) yesterday, and I can still faintly see the yellow of the test, but the majority of the orangeocity was faded out by the 12-hour mark.

Almost immediately after taking my normal 3 drops of 5% after lunchtime (same day as the skin patch test), I became INCREDIBLY tired.
My thyroid is definitely swollen today, too.

Detox, detox.. I'm really glad for news from the other day. Hubby has voted for getting the last Amalgams out as soon as possible, and that opens the door for a parasite cleanse for me. :)

Feedback on the skin patch test and the color of the Lugol's dilutions is really appreciated.. Is the 30% patch the way a skin test is supposed to look? I can barely imagine trying to find the 5% in 6 hours, there's almost no color there! Tweet
