They say 10% codes for proteins and basic structures, the rest is electromagnetic waves that write to the dna liquid crystaline structure and stores info in much the same way that water has been shown to have memory and brings homeopathy into more of a perspective.
Scientific American ran a couple of articles years ago stating the same - i can only find one of them now.
