Attention JaxTheMax and Smelly Teen, I have a suggestion

Before replying, read this first.

For the past few days I have been researching both Leaky Gut and the effects of whey and glutamine. Both of those aminos have properties which are proven to heal the gut, despite leaky gut being an actual illness or not.

As stated in that topic, I now strongly believe that Leaky Gut is the culprit. Jax, I know you don't believe Leaky Gut is real, but I can think of no other reason that I was able to go a full year and a few months without a problem, even while eating unhealthily.

A few weeks after the ingredients/formula of the protein shake changed is when I started having the problems again. I didn't make the connection back then though. I also started to take creatine monohydrate at the time, so that could also be a factor in the odor's reappearance.

http://eas.com/product/myoplex-original-ready-to-drink Used to have whey protein I belive, but it contains milk protein concentrate and pea protein now. It also used to contain glutamine which has been removed.

Jax, you said "But, I stopped taking it because I realized leaky guy syndrome has never been verified as fact.", but that doesn't make it any less possible. Like aliens, lol. But seriously...

Like me, both of you said that you exercise along with eating healthy now.
So my question for the both of you is do you take protein supplements after you exercise? If so what kind? Can you list the amino acids and ingredients?

Jax, can you remember what else you were taking/doing along with the glutamine? Were you also exercising along with the glutamine? Glutamine is a supplement bodybuilders take for faster recovery, so maybe not exercising was the problem. Maybe glutamine alone wasn't enough. You said you were only taking it for a month, but there was still an odor. Did you notice a difference in people's reactions?

I need an objective standpoint on this theory. Do you think taking the protein supplements is what helped? Maybe I/we have protein deficiencies? Was it simply the exercise (sweating) and not the protein?

I have not been taking any lately (since last year) due to the fact that up until a few days ago, I thought they were making my fbo worse because they contained milk and soy. Also, I'm broke until my college check comes.

When I get a chance I will go back to the protein I was using before Myoplex, which were

and

If they work, I'll make sure to inform.
