Came across some more info. Take a look at the foods with natural sources of L-Glutamine. Tell me if they look familiar.
Food sources of L-glutamine include:
barley
beef
cabbage
corn
cottage cheese
egg whites
milk
peanuts
pork
poultry
raw parsley
raw spinach
soy
yogurt
Aren't some of these the foods we're suppose to stay away from? I'm convinced there's something in us that doesn't want our intestinal wall to heal, which is why it's making us allergic to it.
