By the way my doctor and chiropractor told me that in these situations, "I hate to tell you and i know you don't want to hear it, but may have to put you under and force your joint all the way around to restore it, and possibly scrape the socket clean" I'm glad I didn't take that up. Now my shoulder is 99% i'd say fully restored maybe better then what it was and my friend who opted for that always has an issue with his shoulder now. Crazy. There is a chiropractor online from toronto on YouTube that explains how to massage out knots with deep breathing to get progress and to be patient and not rush into invasive procedures, god bless him.
