YES!!! The total opposite of what all these candida kooks on the internet recommend... Zero carb/sugar really messed me up too. It's pretty stupid if you think about it. The body NEEDS Sugar - GLUCOSE - as fuel to function! Everyone points the finger at sugar, yet it is FAT, specifically bad fat that causes diabetes. It was a way of disabling glucose from getting into the cells.
Cut the fat... and olive/coconut/fish oils, etc. are considered good fats, so they are great for you in moderation.
