You know, this was not intended to be an acrimonious thread... I am indeed new here and am trying to find my way around the site AND my cleanse... and while I appreciate that this forum is for Master-Cleanse ONLY, I also have to say that Pepe was extremely helpful in ways that you were not, Rowan. Instead of telling me I'm out of line and NOT answering my questions, Pepe told me exactly what I needed to hear. While the benefits of ACV are obviously wonderful, after reading Pepe's post I plan on waiting until AFTER my Master-Cleanse to start incorporating it into my diet. It seems like that is the sort of support and help this forum should be all about. If I had posted in another forum, ie the general fasting forum, I probably would have gotten different advice (in fact, it was another forum that suggested I try adding it, which is why I wanted to ask on the Master-Cleanse forum in the first place--to get reactions/input from MC experts!!)

I understand that there is protocol and whatever, but simply asking questions of those who are experienced in the MC should (in my opinion) never be discouraged.
