Go ahead and post all your variants, etc. If I see them, i'll correct you. I think you must not realize what a huge disservice you are doing for people who come here and want to follow the Master-Cleanse when you - with little or no experience- post that it is okay to vary from the MC, so I'll try to be as polite as possible.
