Gosh, I am so very sorry! My bad...

But let me get this straight: if you use P&B shakes, which Burroughs does NOT recommend in his book, you can post here, but anything else used in addition to MC, you can't? What about using Oxypowder ? It's not P&B but it's similar, yet neither are strictly Burroughs. How do you go about making the distinction that only P&B abberations are appropriate for this forum?
