I like to workout but I wouldn't call myself a bodybuilder per say. The best advice I can give you is to focus solely on your mold hypersensitivity if you don't you'll get so sick you won't be able to work out. Right now you need to lower your exposure to mold, remove the toxins from your system and build up your immune system which usually means healing your gut.
Once you get your health back on track you'll have plenty of time to workout
