stay away from gmos, toxins and herbs w/ coatings. stay away from insectacides, aerosales, flight paths, cigarettes, drinking, magnesium, aterall, sugar, carbs, milk, dust, animals, only sleep in your sheets once and bag dirty clothes...keep clean clothes bagged too. Take showers not baths. Avoid doctors telling you youre dillusional. This is a very real disease caused by toxicity, mold, fungus. The gov. sprays aluminum in the air to make it rain..that has silica in it. so does our food... so we need to clean house, make life changes and join forces and believe we got this to better our lives. I have been a victim for so long from this. Its time to be a victor. stay alkaline...drink ph water...lots of it. wash clothes and home ocd style. Pray to your highest good asking for guidance and strength. we will get thru this. it brought me closer to my family but I feel like Ive loat my life. have to find a new career path because I work with animals and its worse with them. sometimes God gives us the pink slip and we ignore it. This is the red slip..hes saying" eh you.. youre awesome..make some changes and change your path in life." dont worry its not contagious...dont be a recluse like I was.
