Week 9 of McComb's Plan (Update)

Dr. Jeff,
I'm becoming very concerned about my health, particularly my chronic fevers. Since starting the plan, my tongue ulcers have stopped, so that's good. I've always had chronic stomach pain, diahrea, and fevers for as long as I can remember, but this last month has been worse than ever. I don't know what to do. As I mentioned to you in a previous post, the pain is around the belly button area. I've been taking Morinda Supreme and Agrisept-L as you recommended (for 3 days now), it doesn't seem to be working. When the stomach pain is really bad, a fever and sore throat always always comes with the stomach pain. It affects my sleep and I'm unable to go to anymore. I want to visit a doctor in Thailand, but I know they will just give me anti-biotics again. I'm currently on week 9 of the plan and followed it nearly perfectly the whole time. Are there any tests you recommend to find the cause of these unbearable fevers, stomach pain, and diarhea? Is there any way I can make an appointment with on the phone?
