I think I will start back on the glutamine powder. I'm already taking the Colostrum and have noticed some slight improvements in a short amount of time. I am taking magnesium, zinc, ascorbic acid (C), vit. D, Boron, a multi-B vitamin, as well as some others.
The problem I have with any type of diet is that once you go back to any other way of eating, some symptoms can come back :-( It's why I hate diets. But if that's working for you, that's awesome. Sounds like you are doing it in a transition, so that's even better.
I have a question about Molybdenum. Seems like I need to take an awful lot of it per day...close to 2 grams just to combat the die-off symtpoms. What is normal dosage...I know this dose probably isn't safe. I just can't find much info about dosage for die-off. Thanks!
