Re: Iodine History- Iodine and skin eruptions

This is good to remember. I've had a lot of skin eruptions in the last six months (2yrs on Iodine and 57yr old lady), not so much in the early years. Especially a persistent quarter size area on my left leg. It gets a bit better,
then comes back in the same spot. They all itch like crazy. I do a lot of salt, but not salt pushes. I probably should be more dilligent with that.

Question? Thoughts on hydrocortisone creme to help with the itch. Seems to be the only thing that helps the itch. Tweet
