STRANGE SYMPTOMS, please help

Hi,
i am European,live in California. Sorry for my English. My symptoms started one month ago.Out of the blue i got extremely bad headache. I am not a migraine person, never dealt with this before. The pain was unbelievable, never experienced something like this, extreme tension headache. My lymph nodes got very swollen.They gave me medication azytromicin, ampicillin. The tension headache went away, but different symptoms started.I feel in my brain movement, crawling, also around my nose, ears, neck, head, foot, intestines. I thought at parasites, but i am not sure, it is not neurological. Today i felt crawling extreme, right now in my hands, in my neck, in my brain. Tomorrow i have an MRI.Unfortunately i am allergic, it has to be without contrast. I am wondering if they still can see inflammation of the brain.My hand just fall asleep for short time, i got worried.I feel like a cold in my fingers.They wanted to do a spinal tab too.Does somebody have similar symptoms?
