I make my own with ascorbic acid apparently with success. I've done the backing soda test that is recommended and I'm getting over 70 percent encapsulation. I have a question for ANYBODY who can answer it, speaking of baking soda. There is one method http://www.cancerwillnotwin.com/liposomal-vitamin-c.html
that incorporates backing soda into the making of the lipsomal C, thereby making it encapsulated SODIUM ascorbate, which would be preferable because of the higher ph. Does anybody know if this will work? I don't want to waste my time making it if it will inhibit or impede encapsulation. thanks
