Sore liver & flushing
Hi
My
Liver Cleansing experience FWIW
I was having occasional twinges of pain just up under my ribs and in my left abdomen that would come and go.

Note - If you have shooting pain across your chest or down your back etc and are breathless, it may be a heart attack.
Get to an ER immediately!
Many people die because they try to tough it out - dont risk it.

OK - I was confident it wasnt a heart attack, and I felt off colour a bit. I was fine, I could exercise fine etc but fatty foods used to upset my stomach pretty quickly ( within 30 mins of eating ) and give me the runs soon after.
I know when I have gall bladder issues as it seems waking at 1:00am and running to the bathroom is my thing.
OK - Eventually, I decided it was time to try a flush in case it was my liver, not just my gallbladder.
I got up at 6am every day (for 5 days), drank 1000 mL ( 30 ozs ) of apple juice and then waited for an hour. Usually by this time I'm needing to urgently go to the bathroom ( my stomach was gurgling a LOT and I had an urgent need to go ).
When I'd get to the loo ( usually just in time...), I'd have almost fully liquid high pressure poos - and I'd had a large number of stones about 1/2" across for about 2 days, then they started getting smaller and smaller until it was mostly chaff by day 3-4.
I was just amazed at how many stones came out - my liver must have been clogged up pretty badly, and gall bladder clogged up just as bad.
I didnt need to use
Epsom Salts - perhaps my gallbaldder is now conditioned to react to just the apple juice.
Early morning drinking of apple juice makes a big difference to its effectiveness I find. Drinking at 5am instead of 6am seems to be even better.
Liver Flushing is not for the faint hearted, and its not glamorous, but its way better than cutting out your gallbladder. My Mom had her gallbladder removed and *still* had the same gallbladder type pain - its her liver thats needed to be flushed ( people seem to assume its only the gall bladder that has blockaes ) but the medical people dont tell you this.
Hope this helps someone!
