Hello. Does anyone have experience with germanium for heavy metal chelation? Wondering how effective it is. Apparently it is negatively charged and chelates heavy metals. I made some tea from a mushroom (fomitopsis pinicola) which contains up to 12,380 ppm of germanium and it contains selenium also. I drank a liter or more of the tea (don't know how much germanium was in the tea) and had 3 grams of vitamin c(camu camu). The next day I had a huge candida die off, which lasted through 2 days. I think the candida die off was caused by either the detox of heavy metals or the immune boosting beta glucans. Maybe the vitamin c caused the die off. My chronically swollen lymph nodes in the pelvis also went away but are slowly coming back. Can't find too much information regarding germanium. And there is no way for me to know how much germanium is in the tea, how effectively it chelates, how big of a heavy metal problem I have, and so on. But I know this is a very healthy tea and I would like to use it as my primary chelation technique. I'd rather not have to use a protocol or HMD. I will, but I have concerns about mercury redistribution and the mobilization of mercury into the blood by cilantro, and germanium seems like a safe chelation. Probably the most healthy chelation because it contributes to many other health effects as well.

And if anyone would like some mushrooms, I can mail you some. Here is some information about it

Thanks, hope someone can offer insight and possibly advise how I might use the tea to chelate heavy metals.
