I'm new too! Well returning after a few years but can't remember old log in so created new account! I posted pictures of my ropeworms a few years back and was always told just Ascaris or tape worm.... When I saw this new research on rope worms I was excited to try the protocol. This weekend I did the eucalyptus and lemon and yesterday I tried the milk/salt enema. I passed a two footer on Sunday and some weird looking fluffy stuff today.
I was hoping for more though as this is the same results I get with coffee enemas.
My health took an unknown reason turn for the worse 2 months ago after keeping myself feeling "ok" sometimes "good" for the last year or so. Now I have a chronic sore throat, flu feeling, constant pain in liver/gb area and severe brain fog. I've had to take this week off work so trying the rope worm protocol with a vengeance.

@dararee I'd say start anywhere! Just try and get them out. Everyone has different results with different things (just my humble opinion though)
