Side effects of Lithium Oro. brain fog, antsiness?
So I'm more or less trying, a little here and a little there, looking for what can help the winter insomnias I've been getting for a good decade or so since getting diabetes type 1.
I'm still learning what works and what doesn't, and I haven't gone after enzyme supplements, due to the cost-level of the stuff...
I have only two of fourteen
Amalgams left to switch out, after an appointment last week on wednesday (Now six days after) which replaced two molars of the stuff at my bio-dentist (with full equipment and charcoal+liquor shot pre-dentist).
I tried taking some of my Lithium Orotate last night, and I have had fogg-ish effects all day today-
* light headache after a low bloodsugar at midday
* difficulty multitasking or staying on-track on tasks, or performing tasks at speed
* increased tendency towards irritable thinking about others
* tinninitus-like sensitivity to noise at levels that are otherwise normal DB
I'm basically looking for feedback and stuff. Anyone had similar effects, found they needed a mineral balancing with lithium orotate etc..?

(a supplementer's notes on lithium ) notes that lithium shunts
Iodine so needs to be balanced with it, and that strontium, folic acid, mushroom D2 sources and D3 with lithium microdosing (2mg) really helps sleep.
Of note from my hubby, he's noticed I had a similar headfog issue when I was missing my eltroxin (levothyroxin) for a few days in a row, and I'm going to look up as best I can how low thyroid hormone contributes to brain fog.
Cheers and greets,
