Please help me find out what type of body odor i have

Hello I have an issue, I have a Body Odor but i do not know what type it is. If i dont take anything then i smell really bad not like fecal but something close, The bad smell comes manily from my pubic area and i sweat a lot from my pubic and butt area, (like when i get up from the chair it has a wet patch)I am able to smell myself and i dont believe the smell comes from my whole body, only from pubic area, butt, and maybe armpits.


Chlorophyll didnt work


and when i take digestive enzymes the excessive sweating from the pubic and butt area stops completely, and the smell got a lot better, but the smell changed, it now smells like dirty clothes with a bad food, kinda meaty smell.
