My son can't tolerate probiotics and I know there are a small number of people who can't. I just don't get it, because lactobacillus gg is supposed to help get rid of candida and yet in my sons case it seemed to make his condition worsen again, it seems crazy that something that should help someone should end up turning against the host. My son never had a fungal candida problem until he took Kiki soil based probiotics and again they state how good they are for the host, yet in my sons case they became pathongenic and he developed a really bad candida problem. I think probiotics should have warnings put on them like cigarette packets have that they could potentially damage your health. They need to be better regulated and much more research needs to be done because these companies make bold claims how good these probiotics are for your health.
