lump bigger and more of them since iodine

Hi, everyone,
I noticed a lump on my breast after pain and self-search. I have had this in the past had a needle aspiration. It was a cyst. They told me while doing the ultrasound that I had so many cyst that they could map them for days. I decided to do the iodine. I found it on a different website who said to take calcium and magnesium.
The first week was great I felt so much better and the lump went down a bit. I also had my period at this time. The second week I up the dose to 2 lodoral. Started getting headaches sore throat nothing I couldn’t handle. By the third week my lump got bigger and I found more of them in clusters. My breast hurt so much I can’t lay on it. My whole breast is hard in the morning. It softens up after a while so I can feel the lumps. Which is starting to feel like one big lump. I went off the lodoral and found this website. I have all the supplements you recommend to take with iodine. I started taking them today. Now I’m scared to go back on the iodine. Could this be hurting more than helping?
A little background information. I’m 46 years old and eat more fruits and vegetables than most. I also smoke and drink socially. I just went through a psychological war fare divorce. With him still trying destroy me anyway he can including trying to turn our children against me. So to say I’m under stress is an understatement. I found this last lump while he was trying to get custody of our youngest. So I know some of this is stress.
