Also, if you can, I'd suggest you try to find some kind of protein source beyond the black beans such as meat, eggs, tofu. Reason being is that protein can really knock a carb craving right out of the park, as well as help with LG. In many ways, it may be better to suffer the side effects from eating protein for a while because it will lead to greatly reduced carb cravings, which in turn assists with overcoming candida?
