This is extremely good news for those who suffer with these conditions! I was once in charge of the largest chemical dependency treatment center in India. We used the BT-5 on many occasions and very successfully to relieve the suffering of addicts and alcoholics in acute withdrawal. It was absolutely legal for us to utilize it there.
