So glad to hear I'm not the only one going through this unfortunate condition. I've tried the pillow hygiene, I've tried chemical peels. it's all very temporary. When I start to eat healthy (I failed for a while) my face breaks out. I don't eat many tomato based products and I only drink water-occasionally I'll have a glass of sweet tea and once a month I drink a few beers. Should I start the same vitamin regimen as Melissa?
