Now that being said....it's all about balance. You don't want some wimp of a pastor who will not call out sin when necessary. Churches will be over run by bigshots running the show in all sorts of sinful ways. Which can be worse than one rampaging pastor.

One needs to give the pastor enough respect to spiritually guide, but the pastor needs to know how to effectively and biblically expose sin within his congregation.

It is not the pastor's fault in every situation. He is just the one that is on camera.
