Healing my uterus after 4 c-sections

I have 8 children, the first 4 were vaginal deliveries, the last 4 were c-sections. I'm wondering how I can heal the scar on my uterus to safely have more children. My OB doctor said my uterus scar is getting thin, and he suggested tying my tubes. He didn't say for sure that I needed to, it was just a suggestion since I already have 8 children. I really want more, however, so I'm wondering what I can do to heal my scar. Thanks! Tweet
