I will look into all those other options you suggested.

I am convinced cleansing my gut can only be beneficial to me.
Besides, I researched "HIV+bowel cleanse" and some doctors of naturopathy, such as Dr. Helda Clark, claimed that Bowel Cleanse were a great tool to treat hiv and aids.
I already made an appointment with a nurse renowned for her skills in administrating bowel cleanse.
I am actually pretty excited, this is something I have never done, but I can't wait to "purify" my body. :)

The only downside is the price, 120 dollars per session (they all charge about that same rate in my town). I might have to learn how to cleanse on my own. Tweet
