Re: is this diet going to help??
Hi,
Able, i think you need to read pitseleh's post again. She was making a comment & requesting advice of the types of foods that she eats. I did not say that the above foods will completely eliminate the overgrowth of Candida Albicans or a yeast infection – rather the above diet is a ‘suggestion’ based on my research that is ideal to prevent an ‘overgrowth’ of Candida which can lead to a yeast infection.
Candida Albicans is a fungal growth which resides in the gut. When this overgrows, this is where it can cause problems. Certain food types can cause an overgrowth of Candida such as
Sugar & excessive fatty foods & too much carbs. Beer & stress can cause an overgrowth also. Folk have acceptable levels Candida Albicans in their bodies. This is kept under control by the presence of ‘good bacteria’ in the body...the problem occurs when there is this overgrowth.
The link, i posted was simple a link to a website where i wanted to show the results of my research. At no point in my posts have i said "buy this now!” I do not force anyone reading my posts to buy anything. There is actually a FREE report on the link below which folk can download.
Please remember, that we are all here to offer tips & advice on a common problem. This is not a competition nor should one use this forum for making negative remarks on another member. We are all in this together! :)
Have a great weekend everybody
Claire Thomas
