The MH WAY folder is on your website, along with the newsletters, right? I downloaded Book I a couple of days ago and am trying to figure out how to print it for myself because I don't retain information well if I read it on a screen. I'm going to start reading everything right now.

Quickly, if you can give a shortened answer to my most important questions since I'm already in the parasite cleanse and feel a little lost-

is just the parasite cleanse enough? should I do enemas or salt water flushes?

and I can definitely feel that the stye is a toxin accumulation. this is OK though, right? my body is purging the toxins from the parasites and the sty and acne will pass once I complete all of the organ flushes?

due to hulda clark's reccomendation I'm taking the L-Ornithine to combat the ammonia. do you support this and think I should continue taking it?
