Doubtfully.
You get flukes from eating raw unwashed watercress, or eat undercooked or raw freshwater fish. Thats why 15% of the Chinese and Thai population have flukes.
Fasciolas need snails to complete the life cycle aswell, so they dont reproduce in the body.

But a lot of worms eggs there though.
