I got the result sheet today, it says (probably a bad translation):

"Evidence of circulating IgG antibodies that bind to the epithelium with a intercellular pattern". The doctor added a written note on it: "generally fitting to Pemphigus vulgaris".

Still waiting for my derm to come back from her vacation. Will see what we'll do then.
