crumbly pure white and rust colour bits in stool and weird symptoms please help!!!

hi im wondering if anyone knows what this is iv been ill for a year since i went with my ex partner
iv had all std checks etc all clear,he had a sore scalp psorisis looking kidney damage bleeding from his bum foul smell from him he wet the bed,
and now iv been having all the same symptoms recurrent thrush and sore spots on scalp mucus in stools blood and ammonia smelling stools iv lost two stone and have had severe chest pains feeling spaced out finger nails blue and white bloating grinding of my teeth rash on my chest and now these hard stone things in my stool that when i break them look like sandy stuff some has been pure white some rust colour

i had bright orange spots in my stool too and long dental floss looking things please help me im at a loss and my blood tests are always normal all but high igm
i feel weak and every bit of food gives off a reaction bubbling and relux bad
my ex did have 3 dogs that messed all the time and one was from abroad also he had a mouldy bathroom and taps that i had to clean Tweet
