Re: Onwards basic dewormer recipe

Hate to say this since you're feeling well Onward, but this happens to a lot of vegans/raw food people. The diet you were on was correct, you just got in over your head with the cleansing aspect of it. Well... that is your opinion. I don't suggest any one type of diet to people. However I tell others to eat a diet that makes them feel strong.  After 2 years of a raw vegan diet I felt the worst I have ever felt in my life with hair falling out, aged skin and hair like straw. When I tested my mineral levels they were all low except 2. I knew I was starving myself to death.

I have seen this quite a few times where people start eating meat and think it is a solution. All you did was shut down the deeper cleansing going on and also started refeeding and reinfecting the parasite problem. It is possible to lead a long life like this but not be as healthy as you could be by sticking to the right diet. I know this is the raw food mentality. However it is dangerous to ignore what our bodies are trying to tell us. The worse I felt the stricter I became as a raw foodist. The sicker I became. I now understand that when the body is getting all that it requires wellness follows with no symptoms of illness.

You are probably dealing with a worse parasite problem than you might realize as some of the gigantic ones can completely control a person's nervous system, adrenal response, and even thoughts/actions. Pork Tapeworms are about the worst so I hope you are not eating any pork at least. I have been worm free for a couple of years now. Almost fully recovered from Adrenal Fatigue.

While it is true that parasite eggs can be found anywhere, you will definitely find them in meat. Releasing the larger tapeworms can be quite and experience and you have to be ready for it. Why don't you tell us all about it! Looking over your posting history of 2 posts doesn't really give me much background as to how you overcame your parasite problem.
