Hi!!! I was diagnosed with staph epidermis UTI about two weeks ago. It is extremely Antibiotic resistant and in a sensitivity test it was shown that only Bactrim and IV Vancomycin would kill it. My Dr. put me in a ten day course of Bactrim, but I developed an allergic reaction after 6 days and had to quit. Unfortunately the infection is still with me, but my Dr. is refusing to treat me further....I'm lost and afraid and I don't know what to do!!
