I have personally used and also my family member with diabetes used the "No Soak Method" for Onychomycosis or toenail fungus.  Everyone's body is different, so you need to find what works for you.  This seems to work with most people who try it though.  Remember that new clear toenail takes time to grow, but you should start seeing new growth within 6 weeks.
