I use 2 drops per two liter drinking bottle of distilled water. Water doesn't taste right without it now! I have used one half dropper in bath water. I have a bottle of the oregano/safflower mix that I got from MH and have used it on our chihuahua when she has experienced itching from dry skin, just a few drops rubbed into the dry area. She loves it!! I hope you get more suggestions as I will be watching for them too.
