Ya, I see what you're saying. I also thought that it's not possible for those huge Gallstones to come out of a tube. Rather that they are clumped together later. I'm not sure either about the whole thing because I'm not a doctor and I haven't seen on a scan what actually happens when you do a Liver Flush but I was so confused and almost felt fooled by the whole thing but I also felt so good afterwards so this is my way of making sense of it.
